There's no such thing as the chosen ones. By loving youself, your life changes in more ways that you can imagine. For example, if you are still single, there's a good reason why you are still single. Somehow consciously or unconsciously you don't believe that you deserve to have someone in your life. You feel unworthy. When you love yourself, you seem different to people. You seem much happier person. And lets face it, a happy person is more attractive than a negative person. Think of the people you know. The ones that are happy and optimistic are more fun to be around with. Then you have the ones that complain, criticize and are always grumpy. This are the kind of people you always want to run away from. If this is how you are, guess what? You can change that! There is nothing written in stone staying that you can't change yourself and that you always have to suffer and be miserable. You can learn how to love yourself • Imagine waking up in the morning and feeling good about yourself. Just with that good feeling your day will start better. • Think of all the times you wanted to say no to people at work, family, ex's, but you couldn't? By loving yourself you believe in yourself. You put yourself first. This is not being selfish, but rather sticking up for yourself. • You might be in a toxic relationship because you feel that no one else can love you. This is one of many love mistakes. But if you were able to stick up for yourself, you could open your eyes, and see what a terrible mistake you are doing by allowing that person to hurt, abuse, manipulate and use you. • What about the time when people put you down, when they humiliated you, made fun of you? You allowed that by not loving yourself. • When you got dumped, you suffered a lot. But, if you had loved yourself you would have been able to know to just let him go. Rather than humiliating yourself by begging him to take you back. Loving yourself does affect you in many areas of your life. It can affect you in your personal life, at work and even your family life. If you decide to love yourself today it will literally change your life forever. Why continue living in pain and misery when you can enjoy all the wonderful things life has to offer?
