Finding Love Online

Finding love online can be quite an adventure! You may have thought about it; but there is still something that is holding you back. " I'm not that desperate." That might be one of your reasons. " There are only weirdoes out there..." might be another excuse. "I'm not meant to have someone in my life." Sounds familiar?

First of all, you are not desperate and you should not feel bad about yourself for looking online. It's the new century and many things have change; including how we date now.

Look around you! There's probably someone you know that met that special someone online. If you are still not sure, ask them about their experiences. Some might be good, some might be bad. However, at least they gave it a tried.

Stop worrying about what people might say. Things like "look at her she can't get a date with someone she knows, she has to look online." This is so yesterday. Move on to the 21st century ladies.

Online dating is just like dating in the real world outside of your computer. You still have to use your common sense to stay safe. But then again, you also meet bad people on the real world. So always remember to listen to your gut feeling!

Last, you have this crazy idea that you don't deserve to be happy and have the right to have someone that cares about you. After having so many breakups and disappointments, you may think this is how the rest of your life is going to be, BUT YOU ARE WRONG!!!

Stop all the negativity that is going through your brain. You are only hurting yourself. If you want to have someone in your life, it all starts with you! It doesn't matter how many times you have been dumped, cheated on or never been able to even get a date.

If you make the choice to change how you are thinking; you'll start to look at your life in a whole different direction. Online dating is just going to help you. Think of it as a tool. As with any tool or equipment, it needs the person to use it properly for the right job to be achieve.

In your case the right job is finding love online. This doesn't happen over night, so don't be disappointed if you don't find your prince charmin on your first date. However, you are on your path to finding him. Keep moving forward and believe that you have the right to be happy in you life.
